During
2006, Boyce Telecom Inc. had a rapid growth period. Although this is good news for
any company and certainly for ours, we found that some of our procedures need
to change.
We
are working to ensure our people are more available to our customers.
We
pledge to ensure that voicemails and emails are answered in a more timely manner. In an effort to improve service and
billing we have are undergoing some staff changes as well. We feel that our
changes should be completed by March 1, 2007.
In
October of 2006 Boyce Networks Inc. was formed with the intention of fulfilling
our customers network and data cabling needs. (both optical fibre and copper
cabling) What this really means to you is that Boyce Telecom Inc. will focus
primarily on your telephone system needs and Boyce Networks will focus on your
cabling and computer network needs. When there are jobs that require both
telephone system and data services, the Boyce companies will team up, complete
the job and can send only one invoice to our customer.
Looking
into 2007, we forecast a steady growth for our company and an increase in staff
to serve you even better. While the economy in the
Boyce
Telecom Inc. will continue to sell and support NEC (our flagship product), and
Nortel telephone systems.
Boyce
Telecom partners with Smart IP Networks (A Nortel Premuim
Advantage partner) for our Nortel customers to ensure quality installations and
manufacturer support. To enhance these systems, we also provide NEC and Polycomm conference units.
Boyce
Networks Inc. is a certified Panduit and 3M Volition vendor for Data cabling
services, and we do support Nordx, Amp, Leviton, and Avaya systems.
